On 01/23/2016, at approximately 1428 hours, your affiant was on routine patrol travelling north on State Route 924 (North Main Street). Your affiant observed a black Subaru station wagon travelling south on State Route 924 approaching a steady red traffic signal located at the intersection of Main and Coal Streets. The operator of the Subaru continued through the intersection and travelled through the steady red light. Your affiant activated the emergency lights and conducted a vehicle stop on the unit block of North Main Street. Your affiant approached the operator and requested his license and vehicle information.
INTRODUCTION: This case involves the arrest of Suspect Davian Thomas for driving with a suspended license in violation of CVC 14601.1(a)-Suspended Driver 's License. Officer Nelson suspected that this equipment was stolen so he recorded the serial numbers. To do this, Officer Nelson had to move through other items including a turntable which he also suspected to be stolen. Officer Nelson’s suspicions were correct as it was confirmed that the equipment was indeed stolen.

While on patrol, I was checking Pleasant Hill Primitive Baptist Church on Needmore Road and observed a burgundy Tahoe sitting stationary, close to the woodline of the church. I exited my patrol car and approached the driver side of the Tahoe. I quickly recognized the driver as William Anthony Thomas, who has a felony warrant with our agency. Thomas was then detained until further investigation. Thomas name was ran through dispatch and they advised that he had a felony warrant for DUI-Felony.
On 03-18-2016 at approximately 2156 hrs, I was dispatched to the Stripes convienance store (210 E. Central Ave), for report of a theft. Upon arrival, I made contact with the store manager identified as Joseph Bjorgaard (TX-DL # 14091959). Bjorgaard stated, "I had a bank deposit bag with me and after an hour later I realized it was missing. I check the stores video cameras, and observed a silver suv with a Hispanic woman pick up the bag, she placed it on the hood of her vehicle and drove off with it. The deposit bag contained $ 500.00.

Case Analysis #1: Robbery of Rural Home Deputies respond to a 911 call to the 7200 Block of state route 163 Sunday, January 15th at ten p.m. The crime reported was an armed robbery in a rural area. On 10-17-2017, at approximately 2155 hours, Officer Sabo B3173 noticed there were several Inmates crowding D6 B-Pod bathroom located at 3225 W. Gibson Ln Phoenix AZ 85009. Officer Sabo advised me via the radio that I needed to go check B-Pods bathroom. I immediately went to B-Pod; Officer Sabo then made a radio call for additional officers for an inmate/inmate fight. As I entered B-bod several people ran out of the bathroom. I told the Inmates that were running out of the restroom to have a seat at the dayroom table.
Officers responded to a shots fired call at 2212 Shadow Wood Circle. The reporting party, Christy Reese, called the Gautier Police Department and said that she had heard several gunshots outside her residence. She further stated that when she looked outside from her residence she saw a small car, possibly a Honda, driving down the street with no lights on. Once on scene, I spoke with Reese. Reese told me that she had heard three pops which she assumed to be gunshots.
