The organization structure of Saginaw Public Schools consist of a hierarchy which on top is the school board, followed by the superintendent and his or her leadership cabinet followed by the principals, then teachers and support staff. When researching for insight about the organizational culture it was interesting to find employees point of views about Saginaw Public School Districts organization culture and what Saginaw Public School District states as their core beliefs. Saginaw Public Schools core beliefs stated in their strategic plan for school improvement read the following:

From researching about employee feedback on websites such as glassdoor and indeed the comments were disturbing at times. Feedback found on glassdoor by a former employee described the environment at Saginaw Public School district to have too many politics. They talked about the lack of financial support from the school district and disagreement with board members who they believed are not focusing on policy. From the indeed website employees wrote comments about Saginaw Public Schools as being unorganized, and lacking communication to their employees. Employees described management as not knowledge and wrote about the lack of trust between employees and school leadership. One employee talked about working in an environment and feeling like being in isolation and having a fear of speaking up against a negative majority.
