Debate Introduction: A Greek Philosopher named Aristotle had once said ¨The worst form of inequality is to try to make unequal things equal.¨ In term of sport, the United States rules salary cap in most of the sports such as in The National Football League, Basketball, Hockey,... However, sports are not equal with factors such as home field advantages, player qualities, owners investments... Therefore, there should not be salary cap in professional sports because it would be fair for both players to get pay and teams to invest as it will give players motivations to perform better in games. For example, according to insidethegames.biz studies have found that professional sport players typically spend 10,000 hours before they become one of the best in the sport. In particular about the revenues players bring to their club, a soccer team from Paris pays 227 million dollars for their players and they get back 578 million in revenues. On the other hand, the highest paying NFL team is the Oakland Raiders which spent 160 million dollars and get back 301 million in revenue. To put it differently, that is 210 million dollars different in profit. With this in mind, the players should get pay the money they deserve due to the club
