Music is one of the most powerful tools that can cause a lot of emotional affect toward the human. In terms of psychological aspect, people usually have a different thought and affect toward different types of music (Sparshott, 1994). The three songs that affect me the most is Helicopter by Martin Garrix, Writing on the Wall by Sam Smith and Demons by Imagine Dragons.

The first song that affects me the most is Helicopter. It is a remix dance music that does not have any vocal or singing. The signature part of this song is that it uses many sound effects including the sound of soldiers talking on the radio, helicopter, and gunshot. It is the song that was made for the movie “Spectre” in 2015, which the song was mainly achieved by instrument in the orchestra. It is very common that many people will have emotional effects toward this song. This is because of the fact that the research that focuses on professional musicians has shown that, the orchestra can cause musicians or audience to have their heart rate raise a lot (Iñesta et. al, 2008). This means if my heart rate has increased after hearing this song, my blood will be pump faster around my body, which will cause me to become more active and I will potentially be focusing on the song more. Moreover, considering memory bias which is when we may like or dislike something base on our past memory about events (Manzoni et. al, 2010). The fact that this song is the song that is made for the movie Specter which is the movie with a theme of war that is matched with my personal experience, it is very likely that I may have a lot of affect toward this song because of my memory bias toward the interest in the
