Even though she had to work very hard as a young girl, it shaped the work ethics that she encompasses to this day. Sandra graduated from Holly Hill High where she was a member of the beta club, yearbook staff and library club. During high school, she also served as a class reporter, a student council representative and senior class president. They are the proud parents of wonderful twin daughters, Celena and Celeste. Their family now includes their son-in-law Joe and their precious 2 year old granddaughter, Sunday. Sandra has a very busy life, but in her spare time she enjoys photography, sewing, gardening and DIY projects. She also enjoys visiting and taking home cooked dinners to the sick and shut in, which she does every Sunday afternoon.

Sandra has worked at Bushy Park for 35 years and for each of the following companies: Mobay, Miles, Bayer, Lanxess and Kemira. She started out as a C9-2 Production Operator in March of 1980. She was later appointed as a Material Handler in C9-2 and then C9-1. Sandra currently holds the title of Warehouse Operator in D9-1 and orders materials for Sun Chemical’s Phthalo and Cosmetic tolling. One of her favorite aspects of her job is to help coordinate a smooth and timely transition of raw materials to C9-1 and seeing a good finished product come back to D9-1 to be shipped
