Abstract
Schizophrenia is one of the most common known mental disorders. Schizpoherrina is a mental illness that is passed down through the hereditary gene. Schizophrenia is a mental disorder that has long mobility that can be managed through psycho-drug therapy. The DSM 5- TR explains that this disorder displays both negative and positive symptoms of cognitive impairments in the person’s behavior. Nursing managers are efficient in diagnosing Schizophrenic disorder simply because the patient displays an emotionless non-erratic behavior. This is why, nursing management needs to be more engaged and extend their services in the community. Treating schizophrenia goes beyond the patient’s psychotic symptoms (Nasrallah et al., 2005). Nursing managers who are skilled in using community resources need to implement clinical strategies such as educational, social, and psycho-drug therapy to improve cognitive impairment and sluggish behavior (Nasrallah et al., 2005). As schizophrenic patient adheres to these three stages in their treatment, perhaps they will improve in daily functions and increase the likelihood of having a long successful proficient treatment (Puspitosari et al., 2019).
