This project is being completed by Mrs. Thompson, the school’s internal team lead. While searching through files in the office, Mr. White discovered a file containing information regarding Mrs. Thompson’s conviction and imprisonment for sexual abusing a seven –year child. Cons: (delayed notification): Mr. White’s delayed notification, would serve to benefit himself; as well the school by allowing Mrs. Thompson to complete the project. However, the project completion would cost of his moral authority, and possible termination for delaying the
