The rulers of the ancient Greek dynasty believed that there was the very minimal distinction between science and religion. To them as well as me, theology and science are complementary aspects which could be unified and operated together. Aristotle who was a famous Greek thinker and scholar the natural laws of physics could be used to understand the works of creation. Aristotle believed that science and theology could both be used to explain the existence of gods and the supernatural things they do. They are religious groups, but they have resorted to sticking to their beliefs while at the same time recognizing the improvements that science has brought in the lives of human beings. Religious groups, for instance, support the use of scientific medicine to cure specific disease when it comes to the cure and prevention of illness like Ebola and HIV/AIDS. Scientific methods have integration with religious efforts to bring unity and co-existence between science and theology. The fact that I now have realized the application of science in the life of humans, I now hold on to scientific and religious beliefs. In some instances, people may find it hard to accept the views of the other groups, and this may bring about further conflicts. In my changed perspective, I believe therefore that science and religion can be integrated and focused towards achieving common ground. Since there are varied and distinct views when it comes to the relationship between theology and science, I believe that the two can work in complementing each other.
