Scott Walden, President/CEO. Mr. Walden has served in various leadership / management positions in the fashion industry for the past 30 years. He previously served as the COO for Womactive and was instrument in the startup through maturity of the company until his retirement in 2015. Kathryn Henry, Chairman of the Board. Ms. Henry previously served as Chief Information Officer, Logistics & Distribution at lululemon athletica from 2010 to 2014. In her role, Ms. Henry oversaw all global information and technology operations for the company.
