POSITION DESCRIPTION
A Chief Financial Officer will serve as a key member of the executive management team.An extensive amount of responsibility will be given to the newly appointed CFO who will be working and collaborating with various teams of management to ensure strategic methods are in place to long-term and short--term ensure a reaching financial turnaround for the company. Although fifteen is the minimum, twenty years or more would be preferred, including many years in a top level management position. Due to the importance of raising stock prices, investments, and rapidly increasing product lines, an ideal candidate will also have a minimum of five years experience in finance.
CAREER ACCOMPLISHMENTS
An ideal candidate will have had previous experience in top level management working to handle product line expansion while also having skills and expertise in developing contingency plans if sale revenue is not met. Because of business operation in foreign countries, the individual must show that they have had experience working in a global network of individuals. They should also be recognized previously, or have a letter stating their extensive knowledge of FASB and IFRS rules/regulations like their other colleagues.
COMPENSATION
The base salary for the CFO will start at $200,000. Once an ideal candidate is reviewed and screened, the salary will be discussed along with the Board of Directors. Additions to the base salary will be made up to $75,000 depending on education, experience, and qualifications. After the first two years, the CEO as well as the Board of Directors will re examine the CFO’s pay structure. Depending on various aspects of CFO’s performance and ability for them to have profits return back to the company, salary based on merit can jump up to $350,000 in the third
