I have supervised PEO Wayne Cross #65964 since June 18, 2015. PEO Cross reports for duty on time and has settled in well with other members on C Platoon. PEO Cross is assigned to work in 32 Divisions Zones 4 and 5. PEO Cross has not had much time training with a coach officer and as working independently in his assigned area. PEO Cross is doing an outstanding job and is performing at or above the set expectation most of the time.
There is visual significance to the intervention. During the baseline period of the project the data trends to be stable and flat for the most part, yet increased towards the end of the week. The intervention period started on day eight and showed a decline in the target behavior, with the exception of an increase on the final day, day fourteen. I anticipated the increase, since this was the day before my flight back home from Florida and I was worried about making everything fit into my suitcase without it being over the weight limit because I was coming back with more items than I originally went down with.

Oscar is a twelve year old student with autism in seventh grade at Marcy Open School. He receives extra academic and social support at an Autism Spectrum Disorder resource room. However, our ethograms did show some differences in our results. We had a total of 10 observable behaviors and we recorded for a total of 20 minutes which left us opportunities for 200 agreements or disagreements. Suffering to Be Redeemed Shadowlands and A Grief Observed are both mediums that quite honestly had me wiping tears, they have us look at suffering in a different way. They have a wonderful friendship that blossoms into a love like no other either of them had the felt, but like every good love story, it had to end with death. In Shadowlands, Anthony Hopkins gives us an image of a man that lives a very structured and rigid life, until he does something a little different and agrees to meet with a woman, and she consequently shakes his life up a bit. The structure we see in the film is not reflected in the book that follows after the death of Joy, in A Grief Observed.

Meanwhile, Sugiyono (2011, p. 245) has classified observation in three types. They are participant observation, overt observation, and unstructured observation.
