What is your secondary color and are you an introvert or extrovert? Why?
I am truly an extrovert or maybe an introvert the distinction between two is either side one or the other. So am going to lean towards extrovert, outgoing, friendly, sociable, approachable, the heat of the conversation. I figure blue would be my secondary color, I have a profound need to discover inward peace and truth, to carry on with my life according to my beliefs and convictions without needing to change my firm perspective of life to fulfill others.
Are the personalities of others important to your success at work? Personality affects all aspects of a person's performance, even how he reacts to situations on the job. Not every personality is suited for every job position, so it's important to recognize personality traits and pair employees with the duties that fit their personalities the best. Managers and colleagues make assumptions about your ability to do your job based on your personality. While it's possible to control some aspects of your personality that could hinder your success at work, it's not realistic to completely change your personality to succeed in a job. Are there types that you prefer? Yes the people who have Openness (honest, direct, down to earth) Conscientiousness (diligence, care, alertness) - Extraversion (being concerned with, and gratification from what is outside oneself). Agreeableness (friendly, kind, social, amicability) Emotional stability (or Neuroticism) Responsive
