Every day one will look around they will see many different skin colors: white, black, brown. One observes a massive amount of different races on a daily basis, some an individual “likes” and some she does not. We are all human, yet some still find a way to discriminate or stereotype one another. It is a habit to segregate one another as it has been going on for a long time. A question that is constantly running through many people’s minds is what makes one person different from another? Laws were formed to support People of Color 's rights, but none were actually applied. Rights or opportunities for minorities to be equal did not exist (Segregation1). It took years and years for people of color to have the rights they were born with. With more hatred between races, hate groups form, constricting the communication between groups. Many schools in the south are Examples such as the KKK and the Jim Crow laws became to form as so in a way, remind minorities that they were not equal (Segregation2).
