The specific practice I used this week for experimental practice was writing in a gratitude journal. I chose to utilize the practice of the gratitude journal because it seemed like the quickest practice that I could do after a long day. I started my gratitude journal on Monday, April 3rd. From Monday to Saturday before I laid down to bed, I sat at my desk with a notebook and wrote down at least three things I was most thankful for during my day. Each journal entry was made in the comfort and solitude of my room. I didn't complete each entry at the same time each night because on certain days I had more responsibilities. Once I finished writing, I laid down and tried my best to think about the things I had written down.
