Justin is the registered nurse that has been given the handover for Kelly Malone’s postoperative care in the surgical unit. Kelly Malone is a 49 female patient who has had a septoplasty and a right ethmoidectomy. Justin is working with Kelly to identify Kelly’s needs in order for Kelly to be discharged from the hospital. Kelly’s postoperative observations were a temperature of 36.2 degrees celsius; heart rate of 68 beats per minute; respiratory rate of 18 breaths per minute, blood pressure of 111 systolic over 73 diastolic millimetres of mercury; oxygen saturation at 93 percent of room air and a self-rated pain score of two out of ten. Kelly has a history of ‘not being able to breathe well through her nose’ and a history of disturbed sleep.
FACTS: Jenny Stracner an employee of the Laguna Beach Police Department was told by several people that there several vehicles were seen in front of Greenwoods resident and the vehicles were only there for a couple of minutes. Stracner investigated these claims by staking out the residence and witnessing the vehicles at the residence for herself. After staking out the residence, she asked the garbage man to isolate garbage picked up and Greenwoods residence and hand them over to her. While looking through Greenwoods trash, Stracner located evidence that led her to believe Greenwood was involved with drugs. Stracner then received a search warrant and found large amounts of cocaine and other substance in the residence.

A 15 year-old Norland High School student has been arrested for shooting a rabbi. The rabbi, whose name was Joseph Raskin, was walking to the temple last year when he was shot. Neighbors in the community worked tirelessly along with the police in order to find the rabbi 's killer. Rabbi Joseph was not carrying any money when he walked to the temple.
Bobbi Kristina Brown was moved to hospice care. Radar Online, June 24, 2015 reported that the family has agreed to take Bobbi Kristina off drugs so she can pass away naturally. This means that unless a miracle happens, Bobbi Kristina will not be with us for much longer. Bobbi Kristina was found on January 31; face down and unresponsive in her bathtub at her home in Atlanta. In the case of Hilly Bosscher, the moral issue discussed is physician assisted suicide. In assisted suicide the physician provides the patient with the means to end his or her own life, and the patient does so by his or her own hand. In cases of euthanasia, the physician themselves administer the lethal dose or directly cause the death of the patient in accordance with his or her wishes (Weijer, Skelton & Brennan 146). Korematsu v. United States: Fred Korematsu’s Case On February 19, 1942, during World War II, President Franklin Roosevelt passed the Executive Order 9066. This authorized the U.S. military to move thousands of Japanese citizens from places deemed crucial to national safety and possibly defenseless against infiltration. The military immediately used this power to issue a ban on all people, “immigrant and non- immigrant,” with Japanese lineage. Following this ban, captivity camps were set up to hold Japanese Americans, extending along the entire West Coast.

On November 16, 2009, Fayetteville, North Carolina Police found the body of a missing 5-year-old, Shaniya Davis, with the help of assisting volunteers. Shaniya Davis was reported missing by her mother, Antoinette Davis, on November 10, 2009. Shaniya Davis was last seen on the security video at the Comfort Suites hotel in Sanford along with a man that was identified as Mario McNeill. McNeill was charged with first-degree kidnapping three days after the 5-year-old was reported missing. Antoinette Davis was charged with accusations that she prostituted her daughter.
