If a person is not able to say yes or no to sexual contact that is no. No words equals no for an answer. For example, if two people were out at a party and one of the two gets too intoxicated and needs to be laid down, the other person cannot think it is respectable to start sexual activity. Just because two people are in a relationship does not give one person the green light to do anything. Even in relationships there needs to be consent. Both of the people in the relationship need to know the limits of the other person and when they say no it means no. If two people, at one point, had sexual activity together, it does not mean it is a yes every time.
