INVERNESS- At 8:30am on August 16th 1040, King Duncan was found dead at Inverness Castle. Duncan was found in his bedroom with dagger and two dead servants in his room. Duncan was supposedly stabbed several times in his chest. The body at the crime scene reveals that this was intentional and happened while he was sleeping. Duncan arrived at Macbeth, the Thane of Glamis and Cawdor’s castle. To congratulate him on his loyalty and courage shown in his past battle. As well with his new title of Thane of Cawdor. Nothing at the time seemed out of the ordinary. It was Duncan’s last night of his stay in Macbeth’s castle when he was found dead the next morning.
