The Bard is infamous for the sheer amount of influence he’s had on storytelling and utilization of different physical aspects to shape the reader’s (or watcher’s) emotions. Even within a small character speech from Shakespeare’s Henry VIII he utilizes seasons to establish multiple connections to the story and his characters. Seasons typically convey either positive or ominous news around the setting of a particular portion of a story. Shakespeare utilizes it to relay the same, except in step by step fashion.
