Papa John's Pizza company has committed itself to strategy that allows it to take its soluble resources to gain a competitive edge and strength within a particular segment of the market (Parnell, 2012). Under the direction of John Schnatter, Papa John has evolved into the third largest producer of pizza products in the United States. From its humble beginning in 1987, to its inception the creator of the company John Schnatter, still withhold the vision of becoming the best pizza producer, surpassing those offered by his competitor's.
