Crimes are committed everyday by a variety of age groups in the United States. Should children be tried as adults for the violent crimes they have committed? Trying children should be based on their cruel, premeditated offences. The consequences of kids' decisions will make a great impact in their lives. They ought to be convicted for their crimes no matter the age because fair and prompt justice can decrease the amount of crimes committed. Being lenient on the charges does not show improvement in the offences these teenagers commit. The Supreme Court and the federal laws need to find a better approach that is definite and not taken apprehensively. The causes of why these children are most likely to follow an incriminating path is because of the environments they are raised in. It makes it quite a task to find answers to this epidemic. The way violence is fixed between these teens is by giving something back to someone if they do something to them, therefore, it is usually done for enjoyment.
