College Athletes should receive endorsements
Should college athletes be paid because of their hard work on the field and in the classrooms? The conversation of college athletes receiving endorsements have been in talks for years now. It is allowed in some states and not in others and only allowed in some sports. The people believe that every one that is a college athlete should be allowed to receive endorsements for being well known and being a hard worker and being great at what they do. College athletes should be allowed to receive endorsements when playing college sports because it can impact the way college goes for players after college, it will help financial problems for these families of the players, and stop corruption from colleges

So if players receive endorsement for playing sports they can save their money and help with their life after college. As it states in the arctic “By having a salary, college athletes would leave school not just with a degree, but with significant savings as well, which will help them begin their adult life securely. In addition, not all student athletes get drafted in a salaried position on a sports team when they graduate. This puts them in a tough spot once they’re out of college. If they don’t end up playing professional sports, all their efforts leave them with nothing” (college sports madness part 8 ). According to the article it states “Despite rules preventing such actions, coaches, shoe executives, agents, apparel representatives, and other industry professionals often conspire to pay recruits to join a specific college it is a practice that stays out of the public eye because everyone involved benefits if no one knows about the payments using money to influence a high school student to select a specific program and hire a specific business manager is felony-level conduct allowing college athletes to be paid would help to limit this issue, which would reduce investigation costs across the board (personal finance blog par 4). What this is trying to say is Colleges that are going after these players by offering them benefits that they know they do not have in their life really gets their attention.
