For many years people have illegally immigrated from other countries to our home, the United States of America. There is to be estimated to be around 12.5 million illegal immigrants living in the United States. This number leads to causes and it constitutes in the raising of the question of whether or not it is lawfully and morally correct to detain and deport illegal immigrants for minor crimes. Minor crimes done by illegal immigrants usually lead to major problems. Illegal aliens that are here illegally generally try to stay “under the radar” so that the truth of being here illegally does not come out. That is why I support the detainment and deportation of illegal aliens. Illegal aliens that commit crimes should be both detained and then deported back to their home country. Illegal immigrants entered the country illegally and that in itself is a misdemeanor that constitutes for illegal immigrants to be sentenced for Magistrate Court. Illegal Aliens will not be deported for minor crimes, instead they will be taken into a jail cell to be monitored and questioned. They will have their fingerprints queried through an Impact Assessment Integrated Automated Fingerprint Identification System machine (IAFIS) that is linked directly to the FBI. While the fingerprints are being queried through the IAFIS machine, Person Centric Query Service (PCQS) is running data matches with other databases that can possibly link the illegal immigrants to other crimes. The general public would think that illegal immigrants only come to work and no harm comes from that but if they would just sit to think about the amount of people that traverse that border your mind would be
