There comes a time in history where injustice in being upheld in places of the world that target a certain race, gender, social class, or religion. The situation can only be brought to justice when an individual being targeted speaks up and builds a vision to get their team justice. Leaders change the world as they set their team in the direction to a fulfilling settlement by organizing a group of individuals who are in need of justice or equal rights. Leaders change the world not just for themselves but for the greater good of humanity, and to protect the people they love and care for. Before making the choice the individual has the option to take a stand against injustice, to stay enslaved or aside. Its relays on the individual to decide which choice to choose and lead with. Protecting, saving, or helping an individual directly can protect, save and even help another individual in the same situation indirectly. In 1957, in Little Rock, Arkansas nine African American students were being restricted to enter Little Rock Central High School by Arkansas governor. In President Eisenhower speech, Ike on Little Rock, states, “I have today issued an Executive Order directing the use of troops under Federal authority to aid in the execution of Federal law at Little Rock, Arkansas. This became necessary when my Proclamation of yesterday was not observed, and the obstruction of justice continues.” This means President Eisenhower at the time, sent troops under Federal authority to Little Rock. He thought this choice was wise after his Proclamation for the mob to be sent away was discounted.
