Should Mr. Bennett Be Found Guilty Of Murder?

Dear Jury Members: Mr. Bennett should not be found guilty of murder because there is reasonable doubt. Although the Prosecution claims he is guilty, they are wrong because, Mr. Bennett while checking Mr Adam's pulse touch the spilled coffee, that Mrs. Ried would inherit the house and Mr. Alfoaro has rat poison, and Mr Adams had poor eyesight. First, Mr. Bennett went to go check his pulse to see if he was dead and touched the spilled coffee in the process. Mr. Bennett told the authorities that he touched the puddle of spilled coffee when he knelt by Mr. Adams when he was checking his pulse. Also, he was first in the kitchen and he couldn’t find a pulse. After Mr. Adam have been in the kitchen for over 30 min Mr. Bennett and Mr. Alfaro went to go check on him Mr. Bennett got there first and it is just a coincidence because maybe he is just a fast walker or wants if Mr. Alfaro got there first and did the same thing check his pulse and got into the coffee. Reid would inherit the house if Mr. Adam’s died and is always spreading rumors about him. Also, she invited Mr. Alfro to make new friends but Mrs. Reid and Mr. Alfro were talking a night. Mr. Mack told the police that Mr. Reid and Mr. Alfrao were spending a lot of time together also, Ms. Singleton saw Mr. Alfaro pour Mr. Adams a cup of coffee 5 minutes before he went into the kitchen. A box of rat poison was found in the kitchen and Mr. Alfearo was an exterminator. Since Mrs. Reid and Mr. Alfaro were talking they were making up a plan to kill Mr. Adams. Since Mrs. Reid was going to inherit the house she devised a plan, that Mr. Alfaro would put rat poison in the cup then pour him a cup of coffee and he would drink that and die and Mrs. Reid would inherit the house while Mr. Alfaro would get something in return and when they went over they would just blame it on Mr. Bennett because he was there
