Mental Health Education Should be a Priority in Schools 50% of lifetime mental illnesses first present itself by the age of 14. There are many kids and young adults who are getting affected by mental illnesses and they are not getting the proper help that they need. Some of these mental illnesses will probably affect them for the rest of their life and if we don’t do something now to help them, many more could get affected. I think by incorporating mental health education into schools, it could stop teachers and schools from discriminating against the topic.
