The Sift Cupcake and Dessert Bar is a lucrative company that has put its strategy to good use and benefit the company. You can relate Core Value #4 to Proverbs 12:22 stating, “Accountability is something that so many businesses and individuals lack even though we are taught to learn from our mistakes.” The company’s mission statement is connected to the company’s core values. The mission statement and their core values are each one appears to be consumer based. This is the best way to operate a successful business. Customer service responsibility (CSR) seems to have become obsolete in businesses today. Company’s today are moving farther and farther away from providing good customer service and becoming more focused on the bottom line. 1 Timothy 6:10 states, “For the love of money is a root of all kinds of evils. It is through this craving that some have wandered away from the faith and pierced themselves with many pangs.” When Sift stated “we want our customers to fall in love with us and we will do whatever it takes to make that happen”, this showed how dedicated Sift is to customer service.
