The book 1984 by George Orwell and Fahrenheit 451 by Ray Bradbury had similar ideas when they were writing their books.The two character that I chose where the two main characters from each book Montag from Fahrenheit 451 and Winston from 1984. The two characters are a lot the same they both notice that something is not right so they go against the rules. The books are based about the future and how the government is taking everything out that makes you smarter so that you become dumb and don’t know what the government is trying to do to you . For example book, in Fahrenheit 451, The government took out books and added more tv’s. I think that the government only did this stuff like taking away books and adding more television is to somewhat brainwash them because the TV is making you less smart so when the government wants you to do something you do it because they might just say we will brainwash you if you don't do it ,but they are already doing it to you by making you watch tv and getting into it just like Guy Montag's wife was saying about her script. Montag job was to create fires and “that the job of being a firefighter” Firefighter means to FIGHT fires not make them so they should have changed the name is firemaker.In 1984 Winston has the job is to rewright history so that people wont know what the government did wring in the past so he changes it because the government is always right. In the book he sees this girl who he think is dumb later on in the book he finds of he likes her well after everything he has to go to jail and submits to getting brain washed. Just like in the other book they both find girls that totally changes
