Throughout the U.S History, from slavery to the Black Lives Matter movement today, racial discrimination has been an unresolved issue in many social aspects. It is especially evident in unequal treatment to white and black Americans in terms of judicial system, and there has been a lot of attempts with different strategies to fight against it as in Black Lives Matter movement (BLM movement) and the novel by Harper Lee, To Kill A Mockingbird.
