Civil rights are a fundamental right which is authorized by the government to their citizens to ensure all the citizen to be equally treated and to be free from any kind of discrimination based on their color, sex, age, or religion. Civil rights are basic rights that are provided to every individual citizen to be free from the civil violation. Civil rights are granted to everyone to make sure every citizen is equally treated in every field such as education, employment, and social benefits etc. Civil rights are a right which people get when they born that means no one can take civil rights from them.

Also, African American in some places is the victim of racial profiling. And after the incident of “September 11, 2001” (Wikipedia).The Middle Eastern people and people from Muslim community were the victims of the racial profiling. In 2001, the bill was also introduce named “End Racial Profiling Act 2001” but didn’t passed because of the September 11 incident. And again it was introduced by Congress in 2010 but it didn’t get support from other parties and didn’t pass the bill. There are potentialities of violating our civil rights and civil liberties in regards with the profiling because civil rights mean there should be equal to all the citizens in every aspect whereas civil liberties are the rights that are guaranteed by the constitution, and profiling someone on behalf of their race and origin is also considered a
