Did you read the book Refugee?If so,here are the similarities and differences between Josef and Isabel.First of all,you need to know that Josef is Jewish,where he was trying to get to France,where he almost made it,before getting caught by the Nazis,then later sent to a concentration camp with his Mom where they both died.Some things that you need to know about Isabel,is that she loves music,and plays the trumpet,She left Cuba after making it to the Bahamas,where she wasn’t allowed in until finally making it to Miami.Not with everyone though.LIto was sent back to Cuba,and Ivan was lost at sea.Though Josef and Isabel may seem different from each other,they are actually very alike.This idea is based on the fact that they speak different languages,wear different clothes,etc.But they are similar because they are both refugees. …show more content…
