Love and Logic's focus is on presenting students with choices and consequences emphasizing empathy and respect. From Love and Logic, I would use taking ownership of one's actions this is something that can help students develop their decision-making skills. Taking the approach of providing choices allows for natural consequences to happen so that a student can work through their problems.
