Both the Articles of Confederation and Constitution were an important part of history. They both share similarities and differences. The two documents, despite their similarities, caused many problems and a governmental divide. The similarities between the articles and constitution are limited. The only two prominent similarities is the that senators were elected by state legislators and the agreement on what to call the United States. The lack of a common agreement caused many problems that may have could've been avoided, but wasn't.
