Many have aspirations in life and will try to find a way to achieve them through ill intentions or fake friendships, "everyone you fight is not your enemy and everybody that helps you is not your friend" (Tyson). Throughout the play of Othello, William Shakespeare heavily relies on irony such as: situation, verbal and dramatic to evoke emotion from his audience.The use of irony allows the audience to see how many characters put on a fake personas to make themselves seem better.
