Introduction
Apology is termed as a key character that humans possess; it is always human to apologize and when one fails to do so it is always doubted whether the person is human or not. However in order to apologize one must always have a strategy (Blum-Kulka, 1989). It is not just so obvious that one would always accept any apology that is made to them but rather whenever an apology is made with a proper strategy then such an apology will end up being satisfying. Some people tend to be soft in apologizing and also do take their time to be able to apologize while others take the shortest period of time and also use the simplest means for them to apologize as well (Olshatin, 1983).
TYPES OF APPOLOGY STRATEGIES

Apology strategies first of all are limited to consent; they can only work where one has consented to the act. Consent comes in to both the hearer and the speaker; the hearer must be ready to listen to the speaker and the speaker must also accept to apologize. If the two have not consented to this, then there is no such apology strategy that would work. This is usually so because the sue of apology strategies would only work if both parties have agreed to do so but once one of them takes a stiff stand then such would mean that apology cannot work and thus apology strategies are limited in terms of their
