A small brick-and-mortar business that specializes in designer clothing, shoes, and handbags offers its products to customers at a discounted priced, for both men and women. In addition to its small force consisting of two full-time employees and three part-time employees, the small business has a basic website that lists only a few items that must be bought in a physical store. The desired results at the end of the project are to have a brick-and-mortar business that has integrated technology that allows it to operate as a successful e-business by streamlining the business processes involved. in addition. Through doing this, the small business has the desire to promote its company growth by expanding its online presence and focusing more heavily on customers and their private information security.
