Touch 'n Go Sdn Bhd launched their services in year 1997 and applied it at the Metramac Highway and PLUS Expressways. In addition, this company also known as Rangkaian Segar Sdn Bhd which is based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. At year 2010, Touch 'n Go Sdn Bhd has become one of the subsidiaries of CIMB SI 1 Sdn Bhd. Touch 'n Go Sdn Bhd come up with an electronic payment system which is known as micro payments for individuals and businesses. Customer service department can be easily manage the customer account and solve customer’s problem faster. The system of SmartTAG also allow management to access and confirm historical usage data at anytime. Top management may acquire the information for decision making, middle management for enhancement or improvement and operational management for operational purposes. The operational employees need to secure the toll barrier regularly so that the managers can make sound decision. System communication allows the system to transmit data at high-speed in a solid and robust manner. It can transfer the data or information to the Sales Department to determine sales and also can transfer to the Account Department to record the revenue.
