The millennial generation is our target audience. Due to the wide age range that exists within this generation, we will utilize a series of promotional tools to reach millennials at different life stages. Each approach from the marketing mix is aimed at educating and appealing to individuals in all aspects of their daily lifestyles, from the young professional, an individual with a highly active lifestyle, to the casual college student.
Our general advertising techniques will focus on utilizing social media platforms to demonstrate the benefits that our product can provide. Platforms such as Instagram and Snapchat are most ideal to demonstrate product features, such as our patented easy-clean material, in photos and videos to a wide audience. We will also be able to display new designs before their release to increase hype. Both social media platforms are increasingly popular amongst our target market; thus they will allow for us to have a greater reach within our market while remaining as a cost-effective advertising approach.
