During the fairy tale trial that I witnessed today, I believe that both the prosecutor and the defense had great claims with piles of evidence for us jurors to work with. Looking at a brief synopsis of the trial starts off with this. Snow white was abused by the Evil queen, who also happened to be Snow White's evil stepmother.. She abused Snow white and demanded many favors from her. On top of this, she didn’t treat her fairly and would often beat or punish her. One day though, the Evil queen took it a bit too far and she gave Ms. Snow White a poisoned apple that looks delicious and great to eat.As a result, Snow White fell into a coma and remained in a deep sleep.. The prosecutors want the Evil Stepmother to be sentenced to capital murder. On the flip side, the defense wants the queen to be sentenced to a psychiatric hospital as she could be legally considered insane as said by the defense. In the following paragraphs, I will analyze the evidence presented during the trial and draw a conclusion regarding the Evil Stepmother's guilt on all charges." …show more content…

Although both claims were of high quality, I feel as though the defense gave a better claim as their evidence made more sense to me. In one case when one of the witnesses came up to the stage, they presented the jury with a magic mirror which belonged to the Evil Stepmother. They argued that she was legally insane since mirrors do not have the capability to give orders to their owners..
