When we are young, every day is a learning experience. Every moment in the car with our parents, every interaction with our best friend for the week at daycare, every meal, every something to cry about shape who we are going to be and cement our personalities and characteristics. Some of the most influential experiences I had as a child came from my days as a competitive cheerleader. The glittering competitions and the constant rehearsals left me with a love for performance and discipline, both great qualities that have helped me overcome struggles and better myself.
