Bravery is performed everyday by many people, and it has played a big part in World War 2. World War 2 was a horrible time for the Jews due to the Germans and Adolf Hitler. In order for the Jews to survive, they had to trust their faith and do the unthinkable. They had to give up their children to other people knowing that they might not see them again. They needed to act brave for their families and ensure they had solace.

Finally Frederick Douglass went though torture thoughout all of the years of being a slave but in the end still had the physical courage to stand up for himself. In the The Red Badge of Courage Henry had to overcome many circumstances. Next for anyone just to have the physical courage to go to war is just an accomplishment by itself.
Another example of physical courage comes from The Red Badge of Courage film. Henry shows courage to fight for his country’s freedom, advancement, and rights for all. Henry, a member of a regiment that vows to fight for others while becoming a hero for his country. Courage is portrayed by Henry through risking his life for his country. After Henry goes to war, however, he is filled with fear and cowardness.

Every past and modern culture over the course of history, has its hero’s. A hero is a person or figure that others look up to and use as forms of protection. In regards to this particular assignment, as the Director of the National Economic Council I need to offer my position on the energy policy while also analyzing the domestic and international economic impact. To begin, the energy bill needs to propose solutions to addressing the multiplicity of growing problems, technological advancements/ obstacles, international political events, changing energy needs, and environmental concerns. Also, the comprehensive energy policy needs to not only meet the economic goals of the nation but also environmental goals. Therefore, the policy positions of both the Director of the National Economic Council and the organization at large are important in effectively creating a comprehensive energy bill.
