In this world where people are separated yet also joined together for many different reasons such as racial, economic and social issues. It is often seen where people are so devoted to being accepted into a certain class or group of people that they will easily try their best to conform to whatever external social pressure there is, like for example: clothing choices, drug abuse, religious and social views on the different issues across the world are just a few among the many pressures people are known to conform to easily over a period of time. The reality is that everyone has been and continues to be impacted by social pressures whether it is good or bad. Some people undergo this social pressure subconsciously while others make conscious decisions in conforming to the social pressures. With this being said one must note that this pressure can be described as not only bad in terms of ethics in some cases but also unhealthy, while some may argue otherwise. Which can be very unhealthy for persons who face these issues as they can lead to depression, because of people having different mental build-ups. Some people are unable to deal with certain pressures that they undergo in life and so many persons manage these pressures differently if they can at all. Some may quickly bounce back up after realizing what they were doing wrong while some may take a longer while and some may never even get there as many have resorted to doing unthinkable things such as take out their distress on other persons whether verbally or even cause harm to others physically.
