1. Introduction
Ever since the process of global economic integration begun to evolve, globalization has become an objective current which influence almost all aspects of the social life such as politics, economy, and culture. Not only is it the requirement but it is also the necessary result for every state of development of society.
Nowadays, the human race is having long steps on its way towards ultimate development, however, there are global problems and issues that are starting to arise affecting seriously international environment and people’s life in this world regardless of color, race or even religion. These impacts are causing some troubles and modifying the growth of the nation. Generally, globalization makes competitions among enterprises become more intense than ever and workers could be laid off any minutes. Despite the negative impacts globalization also has its positive ones in order to improve the market of products and enhance commercial development. Therefore, this paper, as the result of our research, aims to answer three questions: What is globalization?; What are its impacts on civil society in Vietnam?, and How can the young people and/or CSOs formed by the youth in Vietnam be well prepared for the new development era of the country?
