Only about ten years ago, we would have thought that it would be impossible to do things that are possible now with just a click of a button. Social media has proven to be an essential factor in our day to day lives and have given us the power to connect throughout the world. Social media is undoubtedly a huge platform, and I believe that social media can be an excellent forum for elected leaders if used wisely and appropriately just like anything else. This would give them the power to connect to almost every individual and spread their ideologies and thoughts.

Another thing that might help leaders to know what their citizens are looking for is to conduct polls online which is convenient for both parties. This way time is saved and in addition to that people can share their opinions and thoughts.
I followed President Trump’s utilization of social media from October 10, 2017, to October 24, 2017. He has shared a lot of ideas throughout his social media. On October 10, 2017, he talked about the tax system in the country focusing on NFL which is apparently getting substantial tax breaks. At the same time, he criticizes NFL players disrespecting the national anthem which shows that he dislikes anyone not respecting the anthem and the country. 1 On October 11, 2017, he mentions the increment of the Stock Market by a massive 5.2 Trillion dollars which was by a margin of 25% since the election that was held back on 8th November. He has also tweeted about tax cuts again and wants his message heard by the Congress. Once again he praises Rodger Goodwell of the NFL as he demands everyone to stand up while singing the national anthem. He diverts his attention towards healthcare and says that the time has

I would suggest President Trump to be a little more gentle on his portrayal of words on his posts and Vice President Mike Pence to be a little more active. In the end, the most important suggestion to anyone with a big following is to cautious about cyber risks and take a lot of precaution while using the internet. A lot of big political figures have been targeted lately which can be a huge embarrassment, so this should be taken very seriously.
