The Annual Review of Social Partnerships: An International Annual Publication on Cross Sector Social Interactions History, Scope, & Focus The ARSP is written for and by cross sector social partnership academics and practitioners focusing on nonprofit, business, and public sectors who view collaboration as key to solving social problems such as climate change, economic inequality, poverty, biodiversity, HIV/AIDS. Published by an independent group of academics and practitioners since 2006, led by Dr. May Seitanidi (Kent Business School), ARSP bridges academic theory and practice with ideas about promoting the social good. ARSP Sections The ARSP has currently six sections and equivalent number of Section Editors that have the responsibility of each section. Dr. M. May Seitanidi is the Editor in Chief, Dr. Verna Bitzer is the Acting Editor and overlooks all sections. Dr. Arno Kourula and Dr. Jennifer Leigh are Senior Editors and each co-ordinates designated sections allowing for consistency across the sections. Below are brief summaries for each section and the associated editors. 1. Partnership Publications Editor: Salla Laasonen (laasonen at rsm.nl) The publications section of ARSP serves the community of researchers and practitioners working in the field of cross-sector social partnerships by providing a state-of the-art review of recent literature in the field. The section provides three editorial commentaries on the development of the field, and lists academic journal articles, books, book chapters, research reports, and dissertations published within the past …show more content…

Praxis Editor: Lucian Hudson (lucian.hudson at open.ac.uk>) The Praxis section incorporation of a range of initiatives and activities to help bridge the theory-practice divide in the field of cross sector social interactions. The section identifies opportunities to build capacity for evidence-informed practice through innovative practitioner contributions and interviews, as well as highlighting events and providing reports on CSSI conferences and partnership related events. 4. Sustainability Editor: Amelia Clark (Amelia.Clarke at uwaterloo.ca) This section highlights the leading edge of research and practice in the area of sustainability partnerships. Innovative research projects and partnerships are featured. 5. Community Editor: Verena Bitzer (v.bitzer at gmail.com) The aim of this section is to build an active community of members comprising of research students, academics and practitioners working in the field of Cross-Sector Social Partnerships by surfacing some of the debates that our community continuously deals with. 6.
