Starting college is a stressful process and a big change. College students worry about meeting tons of people and making new friends.Some students decide to go through sorority recruitment in order to find lifelong friends and sisters. Others go through recruitment to find people who accept them for being unique.College students find their home when finishing sorority recruitment. Recruitment has been a great option for many college students. It has helped individuals step outside of their comfort zone. This is the final day of recruitment. During this time, most of the girls find their new homes. As the potential new members arrive at the stadium, they will be handed a bid. Once everyone in their group gets a bid, they can open up and accept or decline the bid. The bid will say which sorority would love to have them as new members. Most girls jump and scream with excitement because they have found their new homes. All groups will be directed to the field. They will match up with potential new members who are joining the same sorority. Ocen everyone is matched up according to their new home. The girls will line up and stand in a set of three or four. Then, one at a time the sets will say which sorority they are joining and jump to their new home. They will be met with smiles, hugs, and laughter. Ultimately, Sorority Recruitment is a life changing event. It can change a person's life for the better. Girls will find their homes with a sorority that means the world to them. They will meet friends of a lifetime and gain new sisters. The sorority will be a great support system for many girls away for the first time. The process is tiring and overwhelming. In the end, dreams will come true and bonds will be made that will last a lifetime. Being apart of Greek Life is one of the decisions individuals can make in
