Throughout history, under normal conditions, the purpose of human beings through any activity is interests. As nineteenth century British Prime Minister Pa Max Don once said we have no eternal allies, and we have no perpetual enemies, our interests are eternal and perpetual, and those interests it is our body to follow. After the World War II, the demise of the fascism resulted in the collapse of partnership between America and USSR. America to dominate the world, and USSR never permitted America free to rule the world. America to Eastern Europe into the so-called "free world", while the USSRwill not allow United States put the Soviet Union's sphere of influence. United States should be concerned about and expand its economic interests, and to fear of the USSR and to safeguard its security interests, which make the disappearance of common interests of America and USSR. We can also name it as a political reason. It’s universally acknowledged that the ideology between America and USSR is difference. America is the capitalist country, but the USSR is the socialist country. America is trying to establish the principle of self determination, carry out political economy to open the door of the postwar order to liberal internationalism. USSR made sure that monopoly capitalism is the imperialist powers is the root of war, and they always try to stifle the Communist Soviet Union, and will continue to support the world communist movement in an attempt to through the revolutionary overthrow of capitalism and the eternal peace of the world in the near future, and ultimately into the Communist society.
