Good morning, our names are Sovian Quesada, Russell Castillo, Chase Jones, Brandon Moreno, Zipporah Erebholo, Kaia Stephens, Faip’ai Sauna, Esmeralda Sanchez, and Christine Edmonds, and we are the prosecutors of this case. At 9:37 A.M of October 31, 2016, the body of Eugene Krabs was found on the floor of the Krusty Krab. We hold SpongeBob Squarepants guilty for the murder and by the end of this case, we hope you’re on our side. Ladies and gentleman this case we have today is about how our man on trial allowed his anger to get the better of him. During the case, the prosecution will call upon three witnesses. We would like to call up Sandra ¨Sandy¨ Cheeks that will explain the situation that Spongebob was in that drove him into murder. We will also call up SpongeBob’s best friend, Patrick Star, who will testify that SpongeBob thought that Mr. Krabs was a greedy pig. Finally, we will call our last witness, Squidward Q. Tentacles, who witnessed Spongebob entering the Krusty Krab before the time of the murder. Some of the defense might say that Plankton framed SpongeBob for his actions, but Plankton’s handprints were not found on the murder weapon and his footprints weren’t found on the floor. Krabs because he had a weapon with Mr. Krabs’s blood on it. Two weeks before the crime Krabs cut his finger on a spatula and Spongebob asked to clean it. Spongebob works every day at the Krusty Krab flipping burgers.Eugene’s body was found with a partially healed wound at the scene from the spatula two weeks before his death. Spongebob works almost every day at the Krusty Krabs flipping burgers which means that spatulas are needed in his job. He had 2 weeks to bring back the spatula clean from blood, so why didn’t he bring it sooner. Also, Mr. Krab’s cut on his finger was partially healed, so the blood could have dried and fallen off or the spatula was cleaned last
