1. Character: SpongeBob SquarePants – SpongeBob SquarePants SpongeBob SquarePants is a yellow square sponge who lives on the ocean floor in a pineapple in the city of Bikini Bottom with his pet snail Gary. He is employed as a fry cook at the Krusty Krab and is very devoted to his job. SpongeBob is a kind, friendly, responsible young man who could never hurt a soul. Although he is organized and meticulous he also tends to be naive at times with his foolish friend Patrick Star who isn’t as bright. When he is with his best friend Patrick there is no telling what mischief they will get into and their stern neighbor Squidward Tentacles must endure it all if it isn’t someone else. SpongeBob loves to help his friends, go jelly fishing and do karate in his free time when he is not helping someone in need whether it’s a stranger or his friends. I chose SpongeBob as a character because he is a good-hearted person no matter the situation or person and is a ray of positivity. 2. Although Little Red is caring and kind, her mind tends to wander and get distracted as children do. Compassionate Little Red lives not too far from her grandmother’s house in the woods where she brings her ill grandmother food frequently. She learned to be more cautious because she disclosed where her grandmother lives and her plans to an evil wolf of the story tricked her to reach and eat her and her grandmother who were luckily saved by a huntsman. I believe Little Red Riding Hood is a protagonist because she is the main character of the story who has good intentions although she make mistakes but learns from them to protect her and her grandmother from future evil
