Identify stakeholders: discusses how a stakeholder is defined, and lists the stakeholders relevant to the project
Key stakeholders: identifies a group of the stakeholders identified above who potentially have the most influence over, or are the most affected by, the project
Stakeholder analysis: describes how to analyze the stakeholders identified (categorizes stakeholders by their power and interest)

They are responsible for keeping the stakeholders informed of the process, particularly the Arup Project Team. Their goal is to complete the architectural work to a high standard.
Arup IT and Communications: Responsible for managing the real time reporting technology across multiple offices, shared servers, email filing, technical management of project interfaces, design safety, construction sequencing, forecasting, and performance reporting, in addition to the communication strategy. The IT and Communications team is responsible to keep stakeholders informed. It is also responsible for having the tools available to the teams to complete the project successfully.
Arup Environmental Sustainability: Responsible for the environmental aspect of the program. Since this project is to lead the Beijing market as a leading example of an environmentally friendly project, this team is responsible to ensure that cutting edge technologies are considered as part of the project and is to set a lead example. They are expected to communicate continuously to the stakeholders

They are responsible for the decision making of the architectural side of the project. They must ensure that the project comes in with superb quality, on time, and on budget. Their drawings must also consider having to revert the design back to a community stadium after the Games.
Arup IT and Communications: low level of power & high interest- this team is very important. They are responsible for the communications amongst the team across the world. They are not decision makers, so do not have a high level of authority. However, they are interested in having the project communications run smoothly. This is especially challenging with the cultural differences amongst the team.
