Education is considered as the main resource that provides for the good health every community. Education is a treasure which provides, knowledge, and the opportunity to move up to a more comfortable life. The problem sometimes with this treasure is how it is distributed into every class in a society. Noguera’s article corresponds absolutely on objections to the way that the government provides an education’s system, and in suggestions of how the system of education should be re-adjusted, in correspondence to meet an equal valance, a better practice, and successful results into each the students in the country. His purpose with this article is to make an awareness in general to all the American community, the awareness of renovate the system of education and how is delivered to each student. This awareness should touch the government, people that hold any position of power or leadership, professional and those whom are in the process of getting educated, and those without education. He is so focused on this theme because he as good teacher wants to help his students, but he also wants that each student in the United States gets helped too. To embrace each student in the system of education. Noguera suggests six points which he considered if they are implemented in the new system will surely a boost education. His first point is about to meet the basic needs of each child. The second, improving and fixing the school’s building of the public school, making sure that the teachers are qualified to educate. His third point is about that the government, institutions or partnership should help the schools with low performance, and not ignore them. Fourth involucrate the family in the education.
